SPORTYFIA Terms & Conditions

SPORTYFIA is a technology intermediary that facilitates booking of sports venues operated by independent third-party venue providers ("Venue Partners").

SPORTYFIA:

• Does not own, lease, manage, supervise, or control any venue
• Does not provide sports instruction
• Does not guarantee venue safety
• Is not responsible for on-ground management

All bookings are contractual arrangements directly between the User and the Venue Partner.

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Be legally competent to contract

If under 18 years of age:

• Use must be under lawful guardian consent
• Guardian assumes responsibility for the minor’s actions

SPORTYFIA reserves the right to suspend accounts for misrepresentation.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activity under their account
• Ensuring lawful use

SPORTYFIA shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

All payments are processed via Razorpay.

SPORTYFIA:

• Does not store full payment instrument data
• Is not liable for banking network failures
• Is not liable for chargeback actions initiated by issuing banks

Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. Venue policies regarding rescheduling or cancellation may apply.

Refund eligibility depends on:

• Venue Partner policy
• Cancellation timing
• Payment processing timelines

SPORTYFIA reserves the right to:

• Deduct convenience/platform fees
• Deny refunds where venue policy disallows cancellation
• Reverse bookings in cases of suspected fraud

Refund timelines depend on payment gateway processing cycles.

Users shall not:

• Damage venue property
• Engage in violent or unlawful conduct
• Harass staff or other users
• Use the Platform for fraudulent purposes
• Share accounts

Violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension
• Permanent ban
• Legal action

Users acknowledge that:

• Sports activities carry inherent physical risks
• Injuries may occur
• Weather conditions may impact safety

By booking through SPORTYFIA, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. SPORTYFIA shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Death
• Property damage
• Medical expenses
• Venue negligence

All claims related to physical injury must be directed to the Venue Partner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SPORTYFIA shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or opportunity
• Emotional distress
• Venue Partner misconduct
• Force majeure events

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User in the preceding six (6) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPORTYFIA, its partners, officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misconduct at venues
• Injury caused by you
• Fraudulent chargebacks
• Legal violations

SPORTYFIA shall not be liable for delays or failure due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Cyberattacks
• Network outages
• Acts beyond reasonable control

SPORTYFIA may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraud is suspected
• Legal risk arises

Termination does not waive outstanding liabilities.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Sole arbitrator appointed by SPORTYFIA

Users waive rights to participate in class-action proceedings.
